Laser center visit

Within the last day of the workshop a half day trip to HiLASE laser centre (High average power pulsed LASERs) will be organized for interested participants. This unique International Technology Infrastructure is focused on development of a new high energy solid state laser systems with high repetition rates.

At the same place, there is also ELI Beamlines European Research Center (Extreme Light Infrastructure), where international scientific team is now installing the most intensive laser system in the world. Visit of the HiLASE laser center will be ended by common lunch before the return to Prague.

Prague sight-seeing tour

The sightseeing program "The best of Prague" (Prague Castle, Old Town, Lesser Town Square and Charles Bridge - approx. 4 hours long) will be organized with our guide. During the tour you can discover why Prague has become one of the world's most popular tourist destinations (Prague ranked 7th in the Tripadvisor world list of best destinations in 2018).
