Information for Authors

Authors are invited to submit their abstracts and papers in electronic files for inclusion in the Workshop’s Proceedings. 

Due to the character of the workshop, the number of papers for oral presentation is limited. Papers for oral presentation will be selected by the Scientific Committee. Authors of poster presentation will have an opportunity for short oral communication.

 

Abstract Submission

If you wish to present a paper at NDT in Progress 2019, please download the Template for abstracts and follow the instructions in the template. The completed abstract upload in to the system using the online registration form or send the .doc file with the abstract to the organizing committee using e-mail ndt2019@it.cas.cz .

All authors will be notified on the acceptance of their abstracts and on presentation form until two weeks after their submission and registration. Abstracts will be published in a Special Issue of NDT-Welding Bulletin.

Remember please the extended deadline for abstract submission – July 30, 2019.

 

Paper Submission

For manuscript preparation, follow please Paper guidelines (NDT.net guidelines) and use the Paper sample template available below for download. Submit your paper text in editable format .docx, .doc, or .rtf. Upload the paper using the conference registration form or send the paper to the organizing committee using e-mail ndt2019@it.cas.cz

The deadline for the paper submission is September 15, 2019.

All papers will be reviewed and in a case of unclarity the authors will be asked to amend the
paper.


Please do not forget that the papers will be published only after the author’s Workoshop registration. One author can present two papers at most.

Full version of papers will be published in printed Proceedings and memory-stick included in conference materials. Proceedings will be available after the conference also on-line at the www.ndt.net – public-open journal ISSN 1435-4934. Printed proceedings will be proposed for indexing in the Scopus database and selected papers will be offered for publishing in scientific NDT journals.

 

Information for Authors of Posters:


Size of the posters: width max. 950 mm, height max. 2000 mm.
Fixing material (pins and stickers) will be available in the posters area.
